We are a consulting firm specializing in providing
business advisory services and merger and acquisition
intermediary assistance to firms engaged in the building
services industry, working effectively with both buyers
and with sellers. GPA has evolved from its start in
1988 to being a leading factor in merger and acquisition
activity within the building service industry.

intermediary services, business coaching, strategic

The principals of GPA have substantial experience in
the merger and acquisition side of the building service
industry, having completed many successful projects and
transactions since 1988. This expertise is supplemented
by GPA Associates, all of whom have management experience
in the building service industry. Most are former company
owners whose firms have been sold. Since its founding
we have been an active factor in merger and acquisition
activity in the industry, concentrating on serving our
clients, whether buyer or sellers, with competence, diligence
